Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship your lovely goodies to you within one week of purchase, but please allow up to two weeks should anything unforeseen occur (we have four toddlers between us, so life can certainly be unpredictable!).
All UK orders will be sent second class recorded via Royal Mail and the price is included in your order!
We hope our international customers understand that as a small independent shop, we cannot pay the higher fees required to ship parcels abroad. Postage price will be calculated upon checkout; and everything is tracked for extra security! Due to COVID-19 related delays with postal services, please allow an additional two weeks for arrival.
Return & Adjustment Policy
While our hope is that everyone is thrilled with their purchase, we completely understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Our bodies are all so immensely different from one another (as they should be!), and if you find that our garment/s is/are not for you, we can offer you a full refund. We just have to ask that you pay for the return postage, however, as our budget is quite modest. Please do check out our Pricing page for more information on this.
If, however, you love your purchase but are simply unhappy with some minor fit issues, we'd be more than happy to adjust your garment. This would include simple fixes like making skirts and dresses shorter, loosening or tightening the waistband of the embroidered skirt, or bringing up the waistband of the smock. As always, please email us with any specific questions or concerns you may have.
Should you want to exchange something for a different size, we can do so if the new size is still available. Unfortunately, we're only producing a small batch capsule collection, so we just can't guarantee it will be.
In the case of both adjustments and exchanges, we kindly ask that you cover the postage cost to send your item back to us, but there will be no extra charge for sending your updated order once it's completed. For both exchange and return requests, we kindly ask that you notify us within 21 days of purchase.
